Default 2006 Tahoe Z56 PPV question.

I am looking at a 2006 Z56 PPV Tahoe (ex-police Tahoe) locally for sale here. I am wondering what common issues there are with them that I should watch out for. It does have 206K miles on it and the motor has some noise, but I have another engine I can toss in so I am not worried about the engine. How do the rear ends in these usually hold up? And are there any electrical gremlins that pop up?

Thanks for any input

Welcome to the forum. That's a lot of miles. Best to have a good mechanic check it out.
