Ok, so, I have replaced the shocks and air compressor. Did the compressor at 98K mi when original quit. Shortly after I unplugged it because of the old shocks not holding air at all. Replaced the shocks at 120K mi (this spring) and hooked the compressor back up, everything has been great up until now. The shocks would hold air for over a week of sitting but now dont hold any...

The compressor no longer fires up and runs. Just on our trip to Keuka Lake with the family in the car and clothes and tools in the trunk, the rear tires would bottom out and dig into the wells...

Bad sensor I assume? Have not received any "Service Suspension System"

 

Ok, not the rear sensors. I do hear a good click, like a relay being thrown at the compressor. Didnt feel like pulling it today. Tomorrow high of 70 yay! Will be pulling tomorrow...

 

Ok, so its the compressor. Of course I bought it in July of 2012. And if it had happened in August they still would have warrantied it... Errrr.... But, they did give me a discount from $185 to $133 so cant complain there...

But I pulled apart the pump motor, and, rusted! These units aren't sealed!?!?!?!? So Every time I back my boats in I fill the compressor with water? I lubed up the internals and freed the brushes but it only kicked over a few times... When I get the new pump tuesday, I am taking the motor apart and sealing it with silicon...
