Default 2007 Chevy Tahoe: Nav/radio display screen is blank

I have a 2007 Tahoe LTZ and the Nav/display screen/camera is out. I still have radio transmission and can hear the sound of the radio, but I can only change the station from the steering wheel and the buttons on the side of the head unit. Can't see anything on the screen. What could be the problem?? please advise! Thank you

Welcome to the forum.

Two guesses would be that either the screen has gone Tango Uniform or there's a bad chip or loose connection.

Its a long shot but do check all of your fuses and try disconnecting the battery for a few minutes and see if anything resets...
If not I suspect the head unit has gone bad....

I apologize for your frustrations. Is this an issue that has occurred before, or is the first time? Have you had any other issues with the navigation system?
