2007 Exhaust Rattle?
I have a rattle/vibration in my 07 Yukon that appears to be coming from my exhaust system. When the vehicle is first started and driven, I occassionally hear a tin type of rattle from underneath the passenger area of the truck. It is caused by small bumps in the road or when I slow down in the vehicle.
Once the vehicle has been drivenfor about 5 minutes, the rattle is much less prevalent.
Has anyone experienced the same?

I'd look for loose heat shields.

I get the same sound all the time, thought it was from the right front, untill someone else was in the car and hear it from the left front, my guess it is right in the middle. The dealer said it was a heatsheild, but when they fixed it it made it worse.
IT IS NOT A HEATSHIELD!!!! Get your Tahoe into the service dept. Have them hook up the computer and have an extra tech ride with a driver. when you hear the noise have them manually lockup your torque converter. The noise will stop. Then they will order you a new torque converter! Get it done under warranty....it is about a $1,400 job! Mine is in the shop now getting it done.
