What???
No sure I understand this. Do mean the powerlocks only work by the key in the door or as written.... the fobs only work with the key in the door lock cylinder?

That is an odd issue. I can't see why the movement of the door lock would do anything, but maybe the receiver for the fob is going to sleep when it should not be and then waking up somehow from the movement. Then the fob starts working.

Are this replacement aftermarket fobs like off of ebay or original? I bought a second fob for mine off ebay and it mostly works....everything except the rear hatch opening. So that might also have something to do with it.

I did buy new remotes off eBay when I bought the truck a year and a half ago. I got new remotes because the remote start wasn't working. Later found the remote start sleep mode. This problem just started this week. I think I might still have the old remotes. Maybe I'll try relearning them.

Glad its working again. I wonder if your battery(s) (car or remotes) are starting to degrade and thats why the problem is occurring? Food for thought I guess.
