Hello everyone. I have tried searching the forum but wasn’t able to find a solution for my problem. When I put my suburban in reverse, the display on my radio doesn’t change. No black screen and no message up top, just stays on the current screen. The fuse is not blown, I tried changing the module underneath the seat (however it was a used module I tried and may be bad as well) and checked the wires but couldn’t find any obvious issues. I was trying to remove the panel on the back door to check the connection and see if power was reaching the camera but the nuts just spin in place so I am unable to remove it. Any ideas? This is my first suburban and I just bought it this week.
