Default 2007 suburban computer/wire problem

Yesterday I started my suburban and all the gauges besides the volt gauge dropped and then would not start right away, unplugged the harness under the hood that looks like comes from the main fuse box and all the gauges work and it runs fine besides my abs and stabilitrack are disabled...how is it running when the computer system is unplugged/ what could be the issue? And as soon as you plug that back in the gauges all drop

why are you unplugging bulk connectors without knowing what they're to? Sounds more like a cluster issue but hard to say without narrowing things down

Hi, Tanin Auto here. If you wanted to send in the cluster, we can run diagnostics for you and either repair or locate a replacement. We can also program the correct mileage as well. Our general turn around time is 1-3 business days for repairs. Replacement times, if the unit is not salvageable, can take up to 2 weeks. Here is the link for the diagnostics page:

Diagnosis

Let us know how the repair is going and if this is something that you want us to help out on. We are always happy to help out and also to answer any questions that we can to assist!

Have a good afternoon,
