Hello everybody. I just bought a 2007 Tahoe and am so glad this forum is here. Can anybody give me advice (rims size/ tire size) and post pics of their 2007 Tahoes with aftermarket wheels? I am looking at either 20 or 22 inch wheels. (i.e. rubbing issues, etc) Thanks!

 

I have these 20's on my 07 tahoe that came off of my 05 avalanche z71. The rims with 305/50r20 fit perfect on the avi . when i put them on my tahoe, the tires stuck out bout an inch and a half because of the rim being 9.5in wide and the backspacing was for an 05 avi/tahoe. so I ended up getting 275/55r20 and it looks better. I've seen the tahoes with different 20's but they do look alot better with the 22's.

only rubbing is that the tire rubs, and well you can hear it, on the molded mud flaps while backing up, not bad though

I am running 22x9.5 wheels with 305/45/22 tires. I have a slight rub issue at full lock in reverse. Other than that no problems. Not sure where you live but if ordering online then get them as a package deal because larger wheels/tires are difficult to mount and balance.

do your wheels have a +30 offset cecook?

 

No I think they are 20+ offset. I also dont have a problem with them sticking out the side.

cecook, those wheels look great. I would like to know more about them. Would you tell me who manufactured them and what model they are? Thanks
