I need to runa wire through the firewall of my 2007 Tahoe, and I can't seem to find a hole (with grommet) to punch it through. Does anyone know where there's a reasonably accessible one in these things? The wire is coming from under the hood to the interior, preferably the passenger side.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

 

Check the Driver's side firewall, there is a rubber grommet with factory wires going through it , take a metal hanger poke a hole on the top of it , (but through the rubber grommet)tape your wire to the end of the hanger and pull it through, you can then run your wire under the dash to the passenger side .Seal it with a little silicone when you are finished .
