Can people that have had their dashes covered by GM let us know some specifics of your situations? For Example, are you the original owner, how many miles on your vehicle, and how much did GM cover if not all? This might help us figure out why some are getting covered and some are not? Also if you if GM corporate is the one who covered it or if it was your specific dealership?<?xml:namespace prefix = o ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-comfficeffice" /><o></o>

Well after the dealer said that they would do only the front two door handles, and no dash, called GM Customer service escalations (the district specialist that had contacted me) and about an hour later I get a call back that they will be doing the all handles as well as the dash. Waiting on parts now.

I was denied a replacement dash by GM Rep and two dealers. They said due to high mileage and I was not the original owner. 131k on my 07 Tahoe LT. I know what Charlie Brown felt like when he got rocks for Christmas! Sure wish GM would reconsider. Help me GM!!

Ogre... what number did you call? Did they end up fixing the dash for free?
