Default 2007 Tahoe Owners

I just bought mine yesterday. Black with the Ebony interior. I love it. But, naturally I am already looking to do a few little things to the outside, i.e. billett grill, black bow tie in the front and back, and maybe some rims. I was hopeing to see some pics of some that have already had a little work done, or possible some sites to check out. Any help?

Congrats! I joined the club today myself- traded my Armada in on my '07 today! I traded my 2000 tahoe in on the Armada a couple of years ago, and so I've gone full circle. I won't go back to Nissan though!

I am shopping for some wheels and tires, as well as a grill also. There's a few on ebay, but not too many I like. Does anyone know if 305/50/20's will fit with no rubbing?

i just picked up my 07 tahoe today. Had these 20x9.5 enkei with geolander 305/50vr20 which i kept from my 05 avalanche. They tires and rims looked awesome on my avi. Tried them on the tahoe. HAHA they stick out about an inch and a half if not 2. I need to get flares, Gm makes it for an offroad package, although you can't go by your vin. And yeah, it's about $1000 before painting them. So I would go with the 275/55r20 like gm is going if you can. But to answer your question, No rubbing as long as you don't put on the molded mud flaps, without the flaps you have about 3/4 of an inch at full turn.

Drove one yesterday and all I can say is......... WOW!
That new front suspension sure isn't going to miss those gosh darn T-bars one bit!
New rack and pinion steering, hydroformed frame, new front suspension etc sure makes for one sweet handling full size truck.

I was looking at the Toyota Sequoia but no Nav and XM, and also unable to get a whole SLEW of options that Chevy offers. Carpet and leather looks nowhere near as robust as the General's.
The "new" Tahoe rocks!

I have the dealer searching for an LTZ with second row buckets, roof, NAV, rear camera, and third row 2 person seat.
Worked out the numbers with my 05 Denali XL as a trade and I signed on the dotted line!
Now all he has to do is find one that the dealer will trade with hime on. Fortunately he has plenty of LTZ to bargain with. Hope to hear something today. Yesterday he declined one because the dealer said it had about 1500 worth of shipping damage that was repaired. Iv'e known the new car manager for about 10 years, thank goodness he's honest. Anyone else would have taken it and wrote the deal up.

Well, hope to have pics soon, and will be visiting often!
Cheers!

I have added the hitch cover to mine. Simple to do, about 3 beers in the garage on your back. Part #12499697 for the black.

I have been trying to find them everywhere. Everyone i have talked to has had to paint them. If you take them off and take them to a dealership or paint shop its fairy cheap to do. Thats the only was I have seen to get them black
