2008 ltz roof leak

all of a sudden today for the first time ever I have a leak going inside my cargo area on the driver side, I have owned the car since march 2011 so this suddenly happening is very annoying. Roof liner is not wet at all just the rear speaker grill pillar area. Any ideas!!
