Default 2008 Suburban four way flashers work, rt turn signal doesn’t

Tried relay and switch replacement to no avail. Left turn signal works fine, front back and mirror. With emergency flashers on all four corners light up along with both mirrors. Turn signal to the right, nothing happens at all.....

Any help would be greatly appreciated

The BCM (Body Control Module) controls the turn signal lights. The turn signal switch sends a voltage to the BCM, which then turns on the appropriate lights. Since the emergency switch works all the lights, the wiring to the lights and the lights are OK. Give the BCM a re-boot by disconnecting the battery. If that doesn't work then start trouble shooting the turn signal switch and wiring to the BCM.

It could be a worn out mechanism within the turn signal arm where it meets the column. The entire arm would have to be replaced. I had to replace the gear selector arm due to broken wires within. I had lost the ability to use the manual gear selector switch on the end of the arm.

Thanks for the help. I’ll take a look at the wiring to the BCM, as I’ve already tried a new turn signal switch assembly. Could it be a faulty BCM?
