Just call me Mr. Dumbass lol So... apparently I missed the part in a youtube video that you must click all the wiring harnesses back into the passenger console? lol Oops. Especially that BROWN clip. Apparently that supplies the entire passenger door power? That's why the door lock actuator, turn signal, and automatic folding mirror wasn't working.
The good news is the door actuator is installed and working 100%.

And if anyone is curious... I installed the original part. (I didn't change manufacturer.) lol We'll see how long it lasts?
