Default 2008 Tahoe Stabilitrack/Reduced Power issue

2008 Tahoe- service stabilitrack message comes on followed by reduced engine power. Has done this while driving during our last two snow storms. Once stopped, the truck will not turn over for a while. Later will start, but engine light is on. Codes P2135; P2176; P0121

Welcome to the forum...
There are numerous items that can cause this, one of the more common is the throttle body and or a cable harness to the throttle position sensor... but there could be other items involved...
