Have you added any aftermarket wire harnesses/trailer lighting ?
Checked all the fuses ?
Checked the underside of the rear quarter panel for any damage to the wire-harness?

No aftermarket anything....haven't checked fuses, does that make sense when the brake, turn etc functions work? Where is the fuse box?

and yes I unplugged the wiring harness from the left side and took it over to the right to plug into that harness and it works over there.

Default fuses

I'm still leaning towards fuses... you checked them?

Check the connector underneath the truck near the spare.
