Default 2009 Factory brake controller

Looking to purchase a 09 Tahoe. Can someone explain the factory brake controller. I tow a boat with Elect of Hydrolic. I heard the factory system does not work well with this setup.
Also does the system work off actual brake line pressure or is just a internal g-force-inertia type system.

Right now I run a prodigy p3 in my 2000 Tahoe. Works very well. I have heard of a few guys installing the type that Tee's into the actual brake line. Supposed to give a more linear braking.

Thanks
Dennis

Default 09

I have an 09 w/the brake controller as I plan to trailer my Jeep next summer to off road parks...

the manual for the 09 is on the yahoo/GM owners page (just sign up, its free) and you can get the manual.

I'm not a tech; but most brake controllers work by a pendulem (i can't spell either) or sensor to determine how hard you are braking, I don't know for sure how the integrated one works, but I do know its well integrated!
