If you want a flat cargo floor, order one w/o the third row seat.

The LTZs have four buttons between the lighters. How many were you seeing? Was it an LTZ?

I have personally seen these wheels and they are DEFINITELY Chrome "Clad" wheels. I have physically knocked on them and they are chrome plastic covers over the wheel itself. I'm not saying they are better or worse than actual chrome plated wheels, but definitely different. My wife's Ford Edge has the chrome cladding as well and I actually prefer them since they are easier to clean, shine up better, and you can't tell that they are plastic unless you touch them.

The 2009 Tahoes have the option now for the 22 inch chrome rims. I can't seem to find a pic of the ones that are on the one I purchased yesterday that is being delivered tomorrow. They are the VZH model. Short answer, yes they do offer upgraded chrome rims for a fee of course. This is my 4th Tahoe in 3 years but the 1st with the chrome rims. I've had an LTZ on all of them except the 1st and in searching for the perfect one this time, looked at many. One they found was manufactured in Dec of 2008 and only had the 20s then the one I purchased was manufactured in April of 2009 and has the 22 inch chrome rims. Hope this info has helped!

The standard LTZ wheel is the polished 20" that you see on a lot of LT's as well. The chrome option that is "$500.00" is really available for $400.00 or dealer cost. I've seen and touched it and it is not a plastic cover. I thought originally that is was a chromed stock 20" LTZ wheel, but it's not. I wanted that myself, but waited too long and had to pay $$ for a factory 22" option because I wanted the 6.2 (already got a '07 2WD LTZ for a work truck). I couldn't get a picture of the wheels on my truck from the GM website right now, but I have before??????? Anywaaaaay, this is the $500.00 "chromed aluminum" option.

Welcome to the forum.

Check w/ ur parts dept. Also ebay is good place to check. Also in 2011 they are available as polished or chrome.

Be aware that the $500 "chrome" option is a chrome plastic permanently bonded to the wheel.
