Default 2009 Tahoe Mystery plug

Hello all. Just got a 2009 Tahoe, which I believe was a PPV.There is an unused plug on the front driver’s side headlight that I can’t getan answer as to what it is for. The dealer was no help, and said that it couldbe pre-wired fog lights, but the plug is on the driver’s side only (not bothsides). Looked around and found similar looking plugs for Transmission oiltemperature. Can’t find where this plugs into, or if I need to purchase somesort of sensor. Attached are a couple of pictures. Any help is greatlyappreciated.
Thank you

If it was a ppv. It might be the harness for alternating headlights

Is it for the windshield washer pump or reservoir heater?
Is the cable long enough it to be for the outside temperature sensor?
