2010 Chevy Tahoe that is having multiple electrical problems. The vehicle will run fine, then you turn it off and it when you go to start it, it won't start. All lights will come on but the starter does not spin. The code reader will not communicate with the ecm. Right before it does this the Bluetooth will stop working or it will get a lot of static. The only way to resolve this is to remove the positive cable and reconnect and then it will start. Today I did this and now the dual environmental controls are blowing hot and cold. The driver's side it set at 69 but blowing really hot and the passenger side is blowing cold.
