2010 Suburban console wire question

Hi, I have a 2010 Suburban LT that I acquired. I pulled the interior out of to pressure wash the carpets and generally clean it because it was really nasty. Two months later I am starting to put it back together and find a wire harness in the center console area that I can’t find a place to connect it to. It has 2 wires black/red-white and a female connector appearing to be power. After looking back at some pictures I took while taking it apart it looks like it was under the carpet on the drivers side. Anybody know what it could be for or found it in there’s?
Also what is the purpose of the small set of holes in the center console on the drivers side. It looks like an opening for a tiny speaker or microphone, but there is nothing behind it.
