Update:
Ordered the ground cable and replaced it. It ran fine this morning but will see if it lasts longer than 2 weeks.
Will update if the issue is resolved or if it didnt work.

Glad to hear it. I haven't had any issues either after cleaning all the connections. I went ahead and ordered a ground cable also just to be safe.
