I was recently having an issue with my 2011 radio as in static in many stations, FM I believe. And the DVD player for the map disc not working correctly. I.E. label on the disc started coming off. Not Good. At any rate, dealer fixed the static problem, antenna lead in the C pillar cut, for some reason, but they repaired it. Good. Now that problem okay now.
But the Map disc problem still existed. So I bought another radio, got that up and running and all is good.
Now for the $64,000.00 question. Does anyone know how to with out destroying the old radio, know how to dismantle the radio components so to clean the old Map Drive and make it work again?
Any help would be wonderful
