Default 2011 Sub ltz Hitch Receiver - Where can I buy one?

I recently purchased a 2010 sub ltz. The dealership said the previous owner removed the hitch prior to trading it in. I brushed it off thinking that I would be easy enough to put a hitch on, just like I had with my previous older tahoe.

But come to find out there are no after market hitches after 2006 because they came factory installed.

So does anyone know where I can purchase at hitch receiver for my 2010 suburban? I really don't want to go hunting in salvage yards.

Thanks!
Rob

Salvage yard or dealer are really the only two options. Since the hitch is part of the rear bumper/crumple zone, aftermarket companies won't touch it with a 10-foot pole.

I would think a salvage yard wouldn't be too bad. Just bring some PB Blaster and a cordless impact driver and sockets.

I would expect that receivers from any year of the GMT900 would fit. 2007-2013.
