Default 2011 Tahoe radio- no sound output

Base model Tahoe.
No Bose, no Navigation

I tried searching the forum for answers and have exhausted efforts on all similar issues I've located through this forum.
The radio lights, display,.dash lights and sound would cut off occationally when hitting hard bumps in the road. Sometimes it would actually blow the fuse (FUSE 41/ 15AMP). When the fuse would blow, I'd replace and the radio would work again....until hitting another hard bump. This last time, the same issue occurred except this time there is no sound coming from the radio once I replaced the fuse. I also cannot change the FM stations from 100.5fm.
Anyone have any ideas as to what I could check aside from the fuse?

Thanks in advance

Clearly some loose wiring somewhere, but unlikely anyone will be able to pinpoint it for you in a forum.
