Default 2013 Stabilitrak and Traction Control Issue

My wife had her tires rotated the other day and ever since she gets the stabilitrak and traction control lights come on and go off randomly. Sometimes the truck seems to be very sensitive to grooves in the road and move around slightly. I thought maybe they damage or unplugged a sensor accidentally when they rotated the tires. I pull apart both front wheels and brakes. Took the sensors out wiped them off, traced the wires all the way into the engine compartment. I found nothing, except the front passenger side hub starting to sho a bit of wear. It moves slightly and I really mean SLIGHTLY. Still very smooth just has a bit of movement when you try to move the tire top to bottom the tire move less that 1/16” but you can feel it. My first thought was the rack, but there are NO leaks, it still turns easily and normally tracks perfectly.

I saw a YouTube post where someone said he had similar issues and they were caused by bad gas. This make NO sense to me.

Any ideas where to go from here?
