Default 2013 suburban TCase

I am curious of an issue. My 4x4 light is on, yesterday there were no lights on my 4x4 selector switch but there was power to it. Today there is a light and it started at 2wd. I put it in 4Wheel and it is stuck in 4H. I have the front wheels off the ground currently. The front driveshaft spins by hand and will turn both front wheels. The rear driveshaft is currently off. Before I removed the rear driveshaft the rear wheels would spin by hand, and I assume they still will. The truck is essentially locked up. When everything was connected and on the ground I could put it in gear or reverse and it would not move no matter how much gas I gave it. The tach would drop when i put it in gear and took the gears but it would not move at all. Will a bad TCase shift motor or a bad Tcase cause the vehicle to completely lock? Any other diagnoses I could potentially do in order to figure out exactly what is happening? Or has my tranny went to crap at unfortunately the same time something has happened with the TCase? This is a 2013 suburban LTZ. I drove it on friday and Saturday it made a rough racket and then completely locked up and haven't been able to move it since. All wheels will spin by hand when I have the wheels off the ground, but once power is supplied via the throttle they wouldn't.
Thank everyone for any help and insight.

Try disconnecting the battery. It's a long shot I know, but it MIGHT reset something.
