Many are looking. It fails on a lot of vehicles and you can only by the whole panel from GM.
Try your local wreckers...though they my want to sell you the whole panel too. But its going to break just like the one you have.
I have seen many people simply repair their armrest handle in various creative ways with aluminum bars and such, with some sort of fabric wrap.
