Default 2013 Tahoe Heater Vents Question

I just recently purchased a 2013 Chevy Tahoe LT and I have noticed something strange while I have the heater on. When the heater is turned on, whether AUTO or MANUAL, here's how the air/heat blows out:

Defrost = comes out of the Dash top vents only
Passenger Vents (or what I call the air conditioning vents) = Heat only comes out of those vents.
Combo (Floor/Defrost) = Comes out of Floor and Front Vents.
Floor = Heat mainly comes out of the Defrost vents and some out of the floor vents.

So, here's the issue, when I have it on FLOOR only, I would say 75% of the heat is coming out of the dash defrost vents and about 25% out of the floor vents. I know some vehicles will blow heat out of the defrost vents to keep the windshield defrosted, but when on Floor it only barely comes out of the bottom vents. I would like to it to ONLY come out of the floor, when I have Floor selected. Dries my eyes out driving...LOL!

Suggestions? Could it be the Blend Door or the Actuator...i.e.?

Thanks!

Bad control to activator or bad actuator. The actuator controls blend doors.Best to cycle them all year long.
