FWIW, what the dealer gives you as a loaner is strictly the dealer, GM has nothing to do w/ it.

Default 2015 Tahoe Mylink reboots

This happens about every 20 minute whether I'm stopped or driving. I noticed that the little car on the navigation screen stops moving about 30 seconds before it reboots.

Here's how tesla handles a non working map light.

All well and good but let's see how they do when they have thousands of these on the road.

Default sold

The most up to date figure I could find was 25,000 built to spring of 2014.

They don't list sales figures on their site...

I'm really hoping the model 3, loaded with a 300 mile battery, and toys, is around $65k.

I want a S like no tomorrow, but at $95k the way I want.. that's a chunk of change I just don't think I can honestly swallow...

and used doesn't help either!

all the ones on cars.com are like $86k. which if you take $95, minus the 7500 tax rebate, you get $87500...

$1500 to have brand new vs. a year old... that doesn't take a genius.

Default Please provide case number

If you were able to get this resolved please provide a case number. That would help with others to have the dealership reference the case.

Thanks

Robbh415 Welcome to the forum..
I would suspect a overheating issue with a component within the unit, I'd get it back to the dealer ASAP and have then replace the unit.
There is a possibility that maybe a re-flash of the nav software might resolve it but I don't know the dealership has that ability...

Default Me too 😭

So we bought our 2015 suburban a month ago. Same issue but for us it's usually while playing music through usb. Randomly it just stops playing and then requires me to push a bunch of buttons for about 1 minute before it all starts working again. I traded in my dodge grand caravan which I despised for this truck, but the tech system in the car was much better!!! Appreciate any follow up as well...

GM can't do tech. Period.

If you like high tech toys... the ones in a Toyota work quite well.

I'm dead serious. Their sat nav / phone sync, all that... work well.
