anyone know of a kit or lights they have used in place of these plastic sections that could be for tow hooks.
I would like to insert driving lamps here. stock fog lights are pathetic. Thank you

I am not aware of any that would fit that opening but you might try surfing the net to see what you can find. There's a lot of aftermarket suppliers out there.

To be able to drive in fog, you need a low intensity light close to the ground to minimize the back reflection.
I'm guessing that people who drive around at night in clear conditions with their fog lights on don't realize that they're not driving lights and they provide very little illumination ahead of them. Or maybe it's just the cool factor. And then there are those who put HID bulbs in them and blind oncoming drivers and usually melt the housings.
