2015 Tahoe - needs new brake pads? among other things...
We bought a certified used 2015 Tahoe and have problem after problem with it. It's been 7 months and the latest is that these messages started popping up indicating "Traction control off/Stabiltrak off/brake fluid low" etc. So we took it into the dealer and now they are saying we need new brake pads and some problem with the brake calipers. We have 38,000 miles on the SUV and bought it at 27,000 miles. Before this, I've taken it in because the driver seat was shifting left and right when I would make turns driving around town. That took two trips to the dealer to fix, resulting in them having replacing the actual seat. I've also had it in because of an engine shaking when the SUV idles (the car shakes and feels like it is about to shut off when I'm idling at times). I've had that in at least two times for that and they have now told me that it is a known issue with 2015 Tahoes and there is no fix. So now they are telling us the brake/caliper problem. I'm beginning to feel like this car is a lemon. We should not have to bring a brand new car in this many times in NOT EVEN a YEAR of owning it. I'm beginning to wish we would have bought a 4th Acura and not a Chevrolet.
