Default 2016 Suburban 108kmiles -drop trans pan fluid or no?

2016 Suburban 108kmiles -drop trans pan fluid or no? I never changed the transmission fluid in this. Recently, seems like the vehicle hesitates and shudders at times.

Drop pan and change fluid and filter? Or leave it? Add a bottle of Lucas Transmission fix?

Thanks for any insight.

Dark (not pink or red) and smells like engine oil.

since the fluid is burnt, and the transmission is already showing problems, it's risky.
If it's your daily driver and you're not prepared the replace the transmission or vehicle, then I would be hesitant

Yes, I am leaning towards leaving it alone and maybe adding a bottle of Lucas Transmission Fix. I think I am coming to terms that a new transmission is somewhere on the horizon.
