2016 Suburban LTZ New Owner - DIC states Driver 3 for key fob

Hi everyone, I have 2 key fobs and one says driver 2 and the other says driver 3. So I cannot program the memory seats to driver 3. How do I clear driver 3 and make it driver 1?

the new smart keys to my knowledge require dealer programming off the gm cloud based server.

Thank you, I will contact the dealer. I am a new owner and wasn't sure if it was something I could do.

bring all your keys in. they probably will have to delete the 3 programmed spots...the missing #1 key and your #2 and #3 keys. and the program your keys into the #1 and #2 spots.

Thanks everyone, I called the dealer today and they told me that it does have to be done by them and I will be going in to have it re-programmed.
