Tahoe & SuburbanThe power, space, and brutal towing ability make the Tahoe and its longer sibling, the Suburban, arguably the best full size SUV's on the market today.
I just put a Skyjacker 3-4" lift on my suburban. My factory tires are 265x65x18 on factory wheels. I cant go any wider because of the positive offset of the rim, the tire is already at control arm when cranked all the way over. My question is this, what is the factory offset on these factory wheels? Also, was thinking of a -12 offset with a 285x75x18 to avoid rubbing. The tire shop is trying to talk me into a 33x12.5. Has anyone already done one of these trucks? Anything I should watch out for?
