I used to own a 2016 Tahoe that had the dreaded adaptive exhaust value issue. The squeaky noise drove me crazy and was one of reasons we decided not to keep it once the lease was up. Since that time our family has really missed having the Tahoe and we are considering getting on again. One concern I have is getting another Tahoe that has this issue since it seems fairly common. After doing a lot of searching it seems like reports of the adaptive exhaust value issue have dried up on various forums. Most people are complaining about 2014 through 2017 model years Does anyone know if the newer Tahoe's (2018 - 2019) are plagued by this issue? Has GM finally resolved it?
