What’s up all, noticed the driver side beam wasn’t as solid as the passenger side. Replaced the halogen bulbs with LED which made the irregular beam more noticeable. Any ideas what could be causing the issue and a resolution?

LED's do not put out light in a 360 degree pattern like a halogen bulb or HID especially in a light housing designed for 360 output bulbs. Any issue in projector housing with a halogen bulb will be greatly amplified with a LED.
I'm only using HID in my equinox and Malibu that have projector lights and great stock pattern just brighter. Got them in my non projector Tahoe also.
