Default 2019 z71 towing
Just got a 2019 Tahoe z71. I was looking at the hitch and noticed a small compartment on the bumber that has what looks like a key hole inside it!? What would this be for?

If it's what I think you are posting, you remove the lock with your key, and with the jack handle, lower the spare tire.
