Default 2020 Tahoe Mudflap Replacement?

Anyone know what the right size bit to use to put on the no drill mud flaps?

I'm confused or maybe just stooooopid; why would someone need a bit (drill bit????) for a no-drill mud flap???????????????? Do you mean a socket for an attaching screw???

Sorry maybe some confusion on terminology. There is nothing in my toolbox that will fit into the hole for the fastener. I can't tell if its a rivet or a screw.

Got a real good clear photo to post? Maybe it's something of a theft-resistant fastener.
