Got a 2021 Base model Tahoe. I suddenly cant control the heater controls/temp with the dials and buttons. I can pull it up on the screen and control only. I don't see anything in the manual? I can turn the system on and off with the button, but that it is. The screen contols will turn on the little yellow led on the dials (example sync on the screen will turn on the sync on the dial), but I can’t turn on or off the sync with the dial. Any ideas? Turned off the car for a while and started back up...no luck.

dealer id’d the issue pretty quick. Getting the part was a process. 2 months of waiting. When I finally called to check, I got transferred to the parts department by accident. He was “your part is not in, but we have one in stock” and got me repaired.

replaced under warranty: part 13530533 connector asm, wrg harn. 19300089 splice x2.
