Our 2021 suburban 5.3 with 8427 miles quit yesterday in south Tx in the middle of nowhere

Left the stop sign and about 500 yards it just quit like it ran out of gas and never would start back up(just spinning)and locked in park
Hour later wrecker driver loaded it up with it still in park(couldn’t figure out how to get it in neutral) got to Brown Chevrolet in Devine where only salesmen were the only ones left and had to drag it off the wrecker because no one knew how to get it in neutral .
Still wouldn’t start/ just spin real fast and that’s where it sits!
Thats all we know at this time.
