2021 Tahoe- Along the bottom of the infotainment screen (what might be described as the system tray on a PC) near the outside temp display - upon starting a number will appear inside a circle for about 1 second. So far I have seen a 1, 2, or 3 appear. Any gurus out there who know what this is? Dealer didn't know. Or is there a way to ask GM technical this question? Thanks in advance.

 

Possibly it's showing which driver's settings it's loading ?

 

I thought that also but I don't have a driver 3, and driver 2 is the wife who doesn't keep her key with her. Yet I see 1, 2, 3 ??

Yes, I tried that yesterday. After a half-hour, the rep gave up and said to contact the dealer, which I've done previously with no luck, so no answer yet.
I did find that the area of the screen in question is called the "Shortcut Tray". If anyone has some reference to that. Thanks.
