2021 Tahoe Premier Tire Pressure Monitor

After rotating tires on the 2021 Tahoe do I need to reprogram the tire pressure minitors or will they program themselves?

You have to reset the tires position with a TPMS tool with the system in it's learn mode. Cheap tools on Amazon, under $15.
