2022 Suburban RST 6.2L
I am hoping these videos will be good enough. I had to cut it down and make a video of a video.
I assume that perhaps this is the rear windshield wiper fluid leaking? I am right up underneath the back of the car, show you the spare and then go up and around it. The fluid doesn't have any spell to it and when I touch it it's clearish...?
Would love an expert to opine?

My software cannot play your videos.Unless you've encountered rain, car wash lately, likely rear washer fluid. Is your vehicle out of warranty? I know on our 2014 Yukon that assessing the level of washer fluid in the reservoir is not easy.
So it could be washer fluid, which is oftentimes tinted light blue. If I was still working, I would take a few drops into my work and use gas chromatography-mass spectrometry to check for methanol or other solvents. If you can capture enough of the liquid, maybe transfer to a clear jar and let most of it evaporate to see if a blue color becomes apparent as it concentrates.
