So I traded in my 2021 suburban to upgrade to a 2023, the dealer was supposed to swap the plow mount to the new one. After some back and forth, they told that a plow can’t be put on the ‘23. I think they said because of the safety braking features. Well can’t I just turn them off? Is there any other reason I would not be able to mount a plow on a 2023 suburban? For reference I will only be plowing my own lot and it’s not that big.
Second, if yes, is the frame the same on the ‘21 and the ‘23 so the mount brackets should bolt right on? Thanks for any help, Jim

the dealership probably won't touch aftermarket stuff. You could get it done at another shop, but it may void your warranty so check the fine print.

Yea, I get trhat. What I'm hoping to find is, is the frame the same from 2021 to 2023? Once this deep freeze is done ill pull it all out and climb under and see if it fits. Just asking anyone can think of problems that be caused?
