Default 2024 z71 Chevy Suburban Shutting Off

Hey Everyone,
I recently bought a new 2024 z71 Chevy Suburban (3/9/2024) and started experiencing the truck turning off while pulling into a parking lot or garage. It is very strange as the axillary such as radio and dashboard are on, but the truck completely turns off while slowly turning and goes into Neutral. I have to put the truck into park, and it starts back up. This is very concerning as the truck only has 800 miles on it now. I took it into the dealership, but they do not seem to be able to replicate it even though it has happened 4 times for me.

I tried to trade it out and they tried to get me into a 2024 z71 Tahoe and what do you know it happened on that vehicle as well (4/27/2024) with only 50 miles on it.

The dealership does not seem to be helpful and want me to take my truck back even though this a liability with my small kids in the car. Anyone else experiencing this issue? I called GM to get them involved and an advisor should be calling in the next couple of days. I find it hard to believe I am the only one experiencing this as I have in two separate vehicles, however both 2024 z71 and made in Arlington, TX.

Thanks
Mike

Default It’s happened to me too!!

This same issue has happened with my 2023 z71 suburban! It’s currently in the shop too and they haven’t been able to replicate it either. Today they were driving it and it began leaking transmission fluid everywhere.

I have had the same issue with my 2024 Z71 Suburban. It doesn't do it all the time but has done it in twice in two weeks. Did the dealership find the issue?
