Default 24" tire life expectancy?

hey guys, I'm considering getting a set of 24s this summer at some point, but before I do, I was hoping I could get some input as to what kinda of tire life expectancy to expect with 24" wheels...I probably put on 12,000 miles per year. Thanks for any help or input you guys can give me.

with proper rotation, air pressure, and balancing you could expect between 24,000-50,000 miles depending on the tires.
we have a set of 22" toyoon a slammed 04 f-150 with29,000 and have about half the tread left . these tires were put on the truck in 2004.

I run my 24's spring and summer.
They've lasted 2 years now.
I'll probably replace them until the end next years seasons.

I got 45,000 miles on my 24's that were on my 2001 yukon and then my Nissan Armada.....They were Pirelli Scorpion Asimetrico...I sold my Armada with the rims and they still had tread left. I now have my 07 Hoe. with 22" Nitto's

I did an alignment each year and rotation every 10,000 miles.
