Default 300k and swindled

Looking for advice here if anyone has any.
My 4th car from private seller and finally met a PRO scam artist. He got me. I’m in a bind.
Ad said 2018 suburban 32,000 miles. It’s a ‘17, He reset the odometer from 300k, deactivated the check eng light since there’s a misfire cyl 7 and neither cat is suppressing O2, jumped title. I paid cash and he’s gonzo. I barely was able to title it legally. I knew something was up when on the way home insaw 8,000 engine hours.
Now on cold starts I hear the timing chain too. I’m already pretty deep into this. Parking sensors aren’t functional and I think components are removed in the tire Jack compartment. It probably needs new shocks all around.
I’m taking it in for a full inspection. I’m expecting 10-18k and anything above 15 is really too much for me.
any advice plz let me know.
edit: refurbishes transmission isn’t slipping. No clue when it was done.

edit2: when I say cut my losses I mean sell for 10-15k less than I bought it for. If you say “something else” I would appreciate if you left a comment. Thanks.
