I have a 1991 3/4 ton suburban that the 4l80e cannonballed in. I more recently bought a 1996 3/4 ton and got taken to the cleaners on when the rod bearings failed. So I want to pull my 4l80e from the 1996 and put it in my 1991. I cant see why this wouldnt work but I'm also a little green behind the ears.
