Default 4wd switch

Yesterday I was going to make sure my selector switch was in the 2 wd mode, when I touched it, it went back into the little panel that houses it , the headlight selector switch and the fog lamp switch. Anyone know how or if that little panel comes out so I can try and get the switch back in place?

Thanks

Just grab the headlight switch (and 4x4 if you have it) and you should be able to pull the whole assembly out from the front. Pull slow and steady. It is clipped in.

If you angle down it will unclip the top and then you can pull the bottom out. If you pull straight you will be fighting both sets of clips.

Yea, had the same problem, my knee hit it getting in the car. I pulled it back through by the *****, I don't think all clips when in, it is still a little lose.
